Dušan Berka, P. Eng., President & CEO, Director 
Having worked in Europe and North America, Mr. Berka has over 35 years of international business experience. He has extensive experience in the finance, marketing, and administration of public companies in addition to corporate communication, public relations and contract negotiations. Mr. Berka has served as a Director and Officer of various public companies traded on the TSX, TSX Venture and NASDAQ. Mr. Berka is a graduate engineer with a M.Sc. (Dipl.Ing.) degree from Slovak Technical University, Bratislava, Slovakia (1968) and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1977.
Zara Kanji-Aquino, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Zahara Kanji-Aquino (Zara), Ms. Kanji-Aquino has been the Chief Financial Officer of Soldi Ventures Inc. since March 16, 2010. Ms.Kanji-Aquino served as the Chief Financial Officer of NMC Resource Corporation (also known as Venture One Capital Corp.) from November 30, 2009 to March 17, 2010 and as Chief Financial Officer of Ashburton Ventures Inc., from January 1, 2009 until November 1, 2010.
Ms. Kanji-Aquino is a founder of Zahara Kanji-Aquino & Co.(established 2004), an accounting practice specializing in financial reporting compliance for junior listed resource companies. Ms.Kanji-Aquino has been a Member of the Certified General Accountants Society of British Columbia and Canada since August 2003. Ms. Kanji-Aquino holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2000.
Andrew Lee, Vice President, Director
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has been working as a self-employed consultant to mineral exploration companies for the past six years, assisting with financings and corporate development. Recently, Mr. Lee served as a director of Plains Creeks Mining Limited, a private company that went public through a reverse takeover of Resource Hunter Capital Corp., listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Currently, Mr. Lee is working on plans to take Four Rivers Resources Inc., an industrial company focused on forest products, public later this year.
Gary Musil, Director
Mr. Musil has over 30 years of management and financial consulting experience and has served as Chief Financial Officer and managing director of numerous public companies since 1988. This experience has resulted in his overseeing exploration projects in Peru, Chile, Eastern Europe (Slovak Republic), British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick (Canada). Prior to his involvement in the public company field, Mr. Musil was employed for 15 years with Dickenson Mines Ltd. and Kam-Kotia Mines Ltd. as a Controller of their producing silver/lead/zinc mine in the interior of British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Musil is also a director and/or officer of two public companies reporting in the United States.
Christiaan F. Staargaard, P. Geo., Director
Mr. Staargaard holds a B.Sc. in Geology from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.Sc. in Geochemistry from Queen’s University. Mr. Staargaard has over thirty years of experience in the evaluation of mineral exploration projects in a wide variety of geological environments throughout Canada, the United States, Central and South America as well as China, the Southwest Pacific, Africa, Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Madagascar. Since 2002, he has been President, CEO and Director of Lithic Resources Ltd. a company listed on the TSX-V.
